TSF Inc. (Targeted Seasonal Forecasts, Inc.) is a Delaware-incorporated research company and the institutional home of the Human Game Dimensional Metaphysics research program. The company develops and licenses Temporal Structural Forecasting, a proprietary forecasting methodology, and publishes foundational research in dimensional metaphysics, philosophy of physics, and artificial intelligence.

Kevin B. Burk is the sole author of The Human Game: A Dimensional Metaphysics of Reality, Story, and the Resolution of Conflict (Burk 2026a), a foundational monograph establishing a first-order metaphysical framework derived from the dimensional constraints on human perception. The monograph is deposited on Zenodo and submitted to Oxford University Press.
Kevin spent eight years in independent research developing the Model of Temporal Inertia and a proprietary library of 81 complex irregular seasonal models. This work forms the scientific foundation for Temporal Structural Forecasting, which produces {4,5,6} Forecast objects through Orthogonal Projection combining two Univariate Unidimensional Operations along structurally distinct timelines. The methodology is documented in the white paper The Timing Problem and validated across 1,386 permutations of the full parameter space with preregistered methodology.
Kevin's prior published works include The Relationship Handbook (Serendipity Press, 2004) and Anger Mastery (Serendipity Press, 2011), both foundational antecedents cited in the monograph. His career spans over three decades as researcher, author, and entrepreneur.
